Liveurope team in sunny Barcelona

Liveurope's back again in Barcelona for Primavera Sound 2017 edition between May 31 and June 4.

Because good habits die hard, Liveurope will be throwing its Platform meeting with all its members to take a look at the preceding season.

We'll also be picking up the discussion on the future of music in Europe where we left off at the last edition of Eurosonic with a panel on Music Moves Europe initiative 

As a quick reminder, "Music Moves Europe" is an initiative that was launched by the European Commission in 2016 with more than 50 music organizations around the table. Festivals, live music venues, record labels, collective right societies, music export offices gathered around to shape the EU’s music agenda – and discuss the potential of a EU-funded programme specifically dedicated to the sector. 

But what can this initiative lead us to and what are the next steps ahead?  This panel will be the opportunity for key figures in the music industry to take the discussion to another level together with representatives from the European Commission and from the European Parliament.
