New Liveurope summer playlist features the best of Europe’s music emerging scene

Summer is here, and the programmers of the 16 hottest venues in Europe compiled the perfect soundtrack for it.

As days get longer and the sun shines brighter, so does our hope for the full resuming of live concerts and international touring in the new season. Liveurope members have launched some exciting activities for the summer (and beyond), borders in Europe have reopened, and the circulation of emerging European artists has slowly started to pick up again.

The last months of the 2019-2020 season may not have gone as we expected, but it doesn’t mean we can’t close it in style.

Before the Liveurope programmers packed their bags to hit the sunny road, we have asked them to put together an eclectic playlist with some of the best up-and-coming European artists. We challenged them to pick tracks from beyond their national borders, and the result is a diverse selection of artists of 20 European nationalities.

You may not be able to attend as many festivals as you hoped for this summer, but you can let our playlist take you on a trip through the musical richness of our continent while discovering the headliners of tomorrow. Whether you will be spending the next weeks in your backyard, in the mountains or at the seaside, make sure to add these tracks to your library to always have the perfect soundtrack for your summer activities.
