Ewert and The Two Dragons is a band from Tallinn, Estonia. Their debut album “The Hills Behind The Hills” was released in autumn 2009 and since then they have taken the Baltics by storm. Some critics have titled them as “the crown jewel of Estonian music”, Finnish music magazine Rumba was stunned by their performance at the biggest Baltic music festival Positivus in 2010, calling them “the best band at the entire fest” where they were on the line-up alongside Muse and Scissor Sisters.

Their critically acclaimed second album “Good Man Down” (I Love You Records, 2011) was released on the 5th of April and is already one of the best selling records of 2011 in Estonia.

In autumn the Dragons’ jangly charm was tested on proficient European ears at the performances at Popkomm, Waves Vienna and Lost In Music festivals, also on a German minitour that took them to Berlin, Dresden and Hamburg among other cities.

Ewert and The Two Dragons is the winner of Tallinn Music Week / Skype “Go Change The World” award of 2011 and they are confirmed to EuroSonic 2012.
