Aéronef in Lille is the French representative of the Liveurope platform. Aéronef’s location is perfect for inclusion in tours of emerging European talent, allowing French audiences to support musicians on the rise. 

Located in Lille, is one of northern France’s most visited concert venues. The venue is devoted to programming not only a wide range of contemporary music from every corner of the world, but also to hosting a variety of showcases of all art disciplines ranging from design, dance, film, and music. It was established as part of a non-profit association in early 1989, and the original location had a capacity of 800 visitors before moving to their present location, Euralille, where its capacity ranges to over 2,000 visitors

The venue is particularly unique in the sense that it functions as an independent organization relying on institutional partners such as the City of Lille. In this way, Aéronef serves as an epicenter of culture within the region through supporting emerging artists in various fields, and organizing exhibitions and shows of diverse themes, and hosting over 70 different shows every individual season.
